Cruel Intentions is based on the 1999 movie starring Sarah-Michelle Gellar.  The musical adaptation premiered in Los Angeles in 2015, heading off-Broadway in 2017 and making its UK debut at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2019.  It has now arrived in London at The Other Palace Theatre.

This theatre seems like a perfect venue for a show such as this. Cruel Intentions fits in extremely well with the revolving stage and high school-esque background. The costume design by Polly Sullivan is absolutely on point to the original film.
